Citizen Nullification

I have been passing that link around for a few days now. Citizens have the power to just refuse in large numbers, and make it null and void.

Jury nulification is still allowed under the law. HOWEVER a specific jury instruction is prohibited. (judges are scared of it)

We need to MANDATE all juries recieve a jury nulification instruction in their final instruction charge before deliberations.
