Attorney General Eric Holder, who dropped this legal bomb on New York yesterday, called his decision to move their trial on war crimes from a military courtroom at Guantanamo Bay to American soil "the toughest" he has had to make. Other words come to mind. For starters, intellectually and morally confused, dangerous and political to a fault.

Political realities are not the only realities that will be brought home here.
When it seems so obvious that this is a HUGE mistake, I don’t read where Holder has given ANY legitimate reason for NOT having a military tribunal. We know why he’s doing it, but what’s his excuse?

Does anyone seriously doubt that the Cabinet and Tsars are speaking anything but words put in their mouths by The Messiah?

I used to think this kind of comment was over the top. But no more. After what Holder did today I’m convinced they do not care about the country, only about politics. They are willing to embarrass the Bush administration ( and ideally, prosecute them), humiliate and punish the CIA, apologize for American values, torment the 9/11 victims and families and put the national security at risk - all to score points with the far left moonbats.
So yeah, I think he really does despise America.
Terrorists get Constitutional priveledges while Americans have to go to jail for not buying health insurance.

Is this going to be a jury trial? If so, jurors can either find KSM not guilty and spend the rest of their lives in peace, or they can find him guilty and spend the rest of their lives hiding from jihadi assassins.

Giuliani was on Cavuto last night and said that he knows Holder pretty well and that he doesn’t believe Holder wants to do this at all. And Holder did look pretty uncomfortable at the press conference.
We think Giuliani was (in code) inviting Holder to stand up to O on this - because if he doesn’t, when we all make enough of a stink about this, and O has to change course, it will be Holder who gets thrown under the bus.
