Please keep in mind — that while this intentional act by Obama and Holder is just God Awful and out of touch with reality - plus a slap in the face to real Americans... it is also a devious and calculated attempt to change the news cycle...
Obama/Holder have used this disgraceful tactic several times this year... Every single time the Obama Administration and the Leftist Democrat House and Senate runs into road blocks - Obama creates a distraction to change the 24 hour news cycle...
We should obviously combat this ‘beyond stupid’ act of planning to try the illegal combatants - terrorists in a civil court - but please do not let Obama get away with changing the subject as he has many times before - by threatening to try interrogators, by threatening to try the lawyers who advised the interrogators, etc., etc.
Surely you all see the pattern... distract, change the subject, enrage the Conservatives...
In fighting this dastardly act - please do not lose track of the Health Care Legislative LIE, Cap and Trade, Amnesty and more...

What will be the costs in Manpower, etc. for security for this thing? Millions and millions and will the Feds be paying for this??????????
Why not have the trial in Gitmo where security would not be a issue or problem?
These people have no rights under our Constitution yet they are being afforded them like they do.
