Obama knew he couldn’t pardon this man; so he did the next best thing.
Our own laws will mean this man walks - we have no warrants for the information we have on this guy, we have waterboarded him, thus any information we have gotten is inadmissable, there is no clear line of evidence custody, so that cannot be used, he is promised the right to face his accusers, so everyone who was involved in covert action, is now going to be publically displayed.
Obama has weakened us, and now is openly provoking and protecting those who wish us death. This is nothing less than a “Presidential Pardon”.
