I'm amazed that DiGenova and Toensing signed in the first place, and even more amazed they are surprised.

Last January, several Republican legal stars wrote a letter to the Senate Judiciary Committee supporting Eric Holder's nomination to be attorney general.I have a 4 year old niece that isn't this naive.

I am completely nonplussed that Joe DiGenova would recommend Holder.
When DiGenova was at Justice he was one tough cookie of a prosecutor.

Why does this always happen to the GOP?
It wasn't like Eric Holder made it a point to hide who he is or what he stands for.

That endorsement was quite the laundry list of grotesquely overblown plaudits. Just signing that near-parody backslapping-on-steroids lessened them all.

I say BS! These filthy corrupt republicans knew very well who they were voting for, this article is just another ruse to let the RINOs off the hook. I am so sick of the filth that is our congress - lies, corruptness, idiocy and greed.

“extraordinary lawyer” of “unfailing integrity” who is “superbly qualified” There was NEVER any reason to say anything like this about Holder, but lawyers are often lawyers before they are Americans and this seems to be the case here.

Shysters supporting a liar, a racist and a crook. I’m not surprised. Rodents tend to embrace their own kind.
