Obama decided 6 months ago to try KSM in New York

James Taranto is a far better forensic reader of the news than I am. Reading carefully the report that New York Governor Paterson objects to having the trial of the 9/11 terrorists in New York City, he reads that Paterson was told of this plan six months ago, shortly after the inauguration, just in case you had any residual doubts that this idiotic move wasn't pure politics:

"New York's Gov. David Paterson is not happy with the White House's decision to bring Khalid Sheikh Mohammed and four other enemy combatants to New York for civilian trials, reports WCBS-TV:

The Messiah decides nothing. ALL his "decisions" come through Rahm Emanuel and the gang, with directions from George Soros.

The Messiah can't fart without Soros' approval.

A Billion dollar campaign was funded from unknown/un-named interests, and the token black foreigner is just for show.....

...wasn't that about the same time the Messiah was acting so benevolent and forgiving and wanting to move on and look forward....wasn't the thinking that it would only cause more violence and trouble against our troops around the world?

The government waited six months because they knew that just doing it without “preparing” people by an elaborate charade of supposedly considering alternatives, looking for places to put the other residents of Gitmo, etc. would prove exactly what Bush said all along, that there is no other safe or just way of dealing with these savage creatures than by keeping them out of the US and in a military venue.

The WH has had six months to send some of them to Bermuda, send others to some other tropical paradise, and pretend that this is a solution, and can now innocently say that there simply aren’t any more countries willing to accept these people. So it is but a step to saying they can’t find anyplace else to try KSM but here, that they are now going to be forced to try thirty more of them in civilian courts in the US, and in fact that they are now going to have bring all of them to the US mainland. We’re prepared for it and regard it as another act in the Dem/Obama vendetta against the US and will murmur but not shriek in outrage the way we might have six months ago.

But that was the plan all along. Thank the Dem’s Code Pink wing, the radical America-hater Eric Holder, and a certain crypto-Muslim in the White House.

And I don’t doubt that he took a few orders from America’s Chinese money masters during his visit.

You are right - if we just follow the money, Zippy’s nutty policies aren’t really that hard to figure out. He - and the country - are in the debt of some really nefarious characters.

That’s probably it...I can easily imagine him having sleepless nights worrying about our troops in harm’s way. s/o

He probably merits an iron crescent and a Soros cluster, wouldn’t you say?

As I said last week. The KSM trial was saved and announced to get Hasan and 0care off the front pages.

When KSM was captured in Pakistan he was heard to say “I'll see you in New York with my lawyer.”

Why shoot at Marines when in the twisted world of Barack Hussein Obama and Eric Holder terrorists who commit atrocities against American civilians on American soil receive constitutional protections?

The irony is amazing when you compare the situations of KSM and Hasan side by side. Zero is adamant that Ft. Hood not be investigated and that the religion of pieces had nothing to do with this act of domestic terrorism. However he wants KSM’s situation aired out for all to see on the world stage of a Manhattan court room.

I'm starting to believe that he's beginning to see the writing on the wall. Things are not getting any better and he knows that they are about to get worse. He needs a diversion. This will play out before the 2010 elections as just that. I don't know whether its a consummate narcissism, a genuine hatred of this country, or a combination of both that is driving him to these depths.

Exactly. They are running out of issues to use so look for H1N1 to be back in the spotlight for the end of the week. Next week the Senate will take up 0care so they will try to keep it off the headlines. BTW I think 0 is off his game. Something is really getting to him. The cockyness is way off this week. Maybe the Enquirer is right and he did collapse from the strain. Means we are on target. Keep the heat up.
