Biggest hole in the gun sales is the straw buyer. Most straw buyers are women who are drug addicts but have no arrest records yet. Their criminal boyfriends become their friend in order to use them sexually and illegaly. Once it is established that the girl is a drug addict and has no record, their boyfriend immediately see them as a means to purchase a handgun legally (since the girl is of age and has no record). The girl is so doped up from her addiction, all she cares about is how to get a free fix for her addiction, from whom the boyfriend uses to entice her to buy the gun and give it to him. Sad part is this is possible due to America’s appetite to use drugs. Something Libertarian freepers should think about when they advocate the culture of drugs as a personal conservative value of freedom.
