That doesn't invoke a lot of confidence in the point you are trying to make here on this thread.
I'm confident in the point that I was making, in that this "organization" is not part of any legal system that we have in this country. They just picked a name, say that they are a "grand jury" and go around the country "making news" (as best as they can). That's about it. Nothing much more happens (that is, nothing happens in the legal system that results in anything, legally).
And, you know..., this is something that anyone can research out. It doesn't take me to do it, but as I said, I would.
I happened to be gone for most of the day yesterday and probably today, too. I guess I'll be gone out most of the business day today, and might check back in on posts a couple of times.
When I do get back home (probably over Thanksgiving holiday), I'll get into digging it up. But, please..., anyone else feel free to dig into it, too, before I get back to do it myself. It's not private information that is out there about the group, but public.
Would you have another view on it if a court does take up the case or courts take up the cases ?
