I’m not sure of this “Grand Jury” and their definition, but giving aid and comfort to the enemy is EXACTLY what 0bama has been doing since election night 2008.
First - as a closet Muslim
Second, with his condemnation of Israel
Third, but requiring our soldiers to read terrorists “their Miranda Rights” when captured on the battlfield.
Fourth, but restraining the rules of engagement, particularly in Afghanistan that precludes firing on even high-value targets if civilians might be hurt.
Fifth - by providing a platform for terrorists to spout their hate speech and beliefs through public trials in civilian courts.
Sixth, but violating the US Constitution on several levels.
