I think that the info released was that which they were soon to release by FOIA requirements, but they had them ‘stolen’ so as to cover the disclosure with a hacking ‘crime’. Sows confusion, doubt, and steals thunder from the FOIA release. Also provides cover for MSM not to run.
Interesting thought. If it could be proven....How DO they track a hacker?
