Your previous post implied Hansen was vetted by CIA.
CIA & FBI are two very different organizations.
Of course suffering from Obamatitis not only did you leap to a conclusion, but you also failed to think, and missed the more important point, which is that clearance by checklist and automatic formula does not work.
And, if you think the CIA is some how some sort of stellar agency because it is really super top secret, you are wrong. They have made some abysmal blunders [missing the fall of the Shah and the fall of the Soviet Union, to mention two very prominent ones.]
I presume that the real problem is that you are way out of your league on this issue, are trying to make snide remarks about recruiting Arabists (who happen to be Arab as it turns out) and think that being really dumb in a cute fashion is a way to bolster national security.
Not having speakers of local languages has been the American and CIA downfall since the end of WWII. Sure you cannot immediately trust a translator recruited from this group. But no intelligence is a much worse fate. If you have intelligence then you have multiple sources of intelligence, and you can cross compare. Keeping one source from knowing about the other source is one of the reasons you "compartment" information. The CIA compartments information all of the time. Sometimes that creates its own problems.
