I’m starting to get real nervous about my job as well. Our business has fallen off by about 50% over the last year where I work, and we see no signs of improvement in the near future.
It’s bad enough that the economy is in such dire straits - it’s downright criminal that the Zero is using this crisis to try and realize his dreams of national socialism.

The number gets smaller as you have a smaller base from which to un-employ.
Soon there are no more to un-employ.

I hear you, loud and clear. I'm in the group that is never counted. My wife and I operate our own business. We have never had any employees. Our business is off 70%. We pay unemployment tax but are not eligible to collect. We are very grateful for the 30% we are getting. We have a few long time customers who seem to find stuff for us to do, then always give us a tip. Bless them. We just paid our business insurance premium for 2010. We know it's gonna be a long haul, but what can you do. I'm so thankful that every thing we have is paid for and we carry no debt. We have friends who were not so lucky and have lost it all.

You got good reason to be nervous pal.
With the leadership this country's had since Reagan, we should all be nervous about just surviving this corrupt government and their deep seated corruption.
