The facts first: it was ALMOST CERTAINLY NOT a “machine gun” no matter what the paper and the police “officials” say. If anything, it would be more accurate to call it a single-shot.....once for each pull of the trigger. You see, in the People’s Republic of NJ, any gun with a mag of 12 or more rounds is a “machine gun” - even .22 pumps! LOL. Losers.

knowing nothing about guns...i wondered about this myself....how do you have only 3 injured if "machine gunfire broke out" in a HOTEL room?

I am well, thanks. Yes, the she mayor of Ballmer(that’s how the locals pronounce it) was just convicted of stealing gift cards designated for the poor—Sheila Dixon.
The jury didn’t buy her made up story. As a Dem, she still has not resigned yet. In a Dem city she’ll probably get a statue.
Bet they found a Glock assault rifle too. LOL.

...I did 16 days at Shock Trauma back in 1996...it’s right downtown in Baltimore and it runs wide open 24/7/365...you don’t get much rest because the sirens are going off all night long bringing in the wounded....the doctors there were all top notch and I enjoyed talking with them every morning when they came around...one day I asked one of my favorite docs where he was from...he says “I’m here from Ft Bragg for training in gun shot wounds”...that really cracked me up...the Army viewed Baltimore as an approximation of a war zone; and sent young doctors there for training.
...and BTW the patient in the room next to me had been shot in the chest...his pace maker stopped the slug...the staff knew him and called him by name....they remembered having installing his pace maker the year before when he’d also been shot.
....you could write a book about the stuff that goes on in that hospital.

Is this just a sign of old age--doesn't every generation think this to a certain degree? Or is it actually worse right now than it's ever been?
