betcha dollars to donuts it is either a semi auto Uzi...or an illegally converted to full auto, semi auto Uzi.
But... there are laws against that! How does it happen then?
Almost any semi-auto can easily be modified to fire in full-auto. The trick for the untrained is to reconfigure the sear so that the weapon will cease firing when the trigger is released. Most amateur mod’s will, once started firing will continue firing until the magazine is empty unless the weapon malfunctions. Not a good thing unless you are doing a drive-by and just hosing down the place.
