It’s really no different than capturing an enemy courier with top secret plans. And then using the knowledge of those top secret plans to CRUSH THE ENEMY.
Makes no difference how the information is collected. (It’s called INTELLIGENCE). If the knowledge stops the enemy (UN) and saves lives/money/liberty the end is justified.
