Is the Holder DoJ imploding?

The Washington Times suggests in an editorial that the fallout from the Department's refusal to proceed with the New Black Panther party's criminal prosecution for voter intimidation is causing an implosion in the Holder Department of Justice.

DOJ has already lost three top officials ; Gregory Craig,Cassandra Butts, and now David Ogden:

"[T]he Justice Department has, for now, ordered two key career attorneys not to comply with a subpoena about the case issued by the U.S. Commission on Civil Rights. The commission, by law, has explicit power to issue subpoenas, and the law mandates that 'all federal agencies shall cooperate fully with the commission.' The Justice Department, however, is citing internal regulations stemming from a 1951 case to support its order to ignore the subpoena."

It would seem that Obama selected Holder because he'd fit the democrat M.O., which is to have everything mean the opposite of the name. So liberals call for tolerance and they're amongst the least tolerant people in the nation. Liberals decry “hate crimes” but it's liberals who most frequently act in haste. Liberals tout freedom of choice but it's just a smoke screen for murdering babies who have no choice in being conceived or killed. In keeping with this pattern they have selected a man who has taken the department of justice and turned it into a department of crime.

So-called Liberals blasted the Bush DOJ constantly because the libs were projecting how they would operate said Department if they were in charge. It did not matter how often Ashcroft and Gonzales prostrated themselves before the American left media, stating that ‘career’ attorneys were operating according to all official protocols. The leftists “knew” that the DOJ was cheating, because they knew that is would they would do, if in control.
