In a shocking news flash, BigGovernment.com has published a Department of Justice Memo that authorizes the Obama Administration to send terrorists into Illinois!
Via Obama Executive Order 13492, terrorists WILL BE SENT to Illinois.

The people of Illinois are just going to love it when the terrorists "friends" start showing up nearby.
The 9/11 AlQaida ground support team lived nearby. They left in 60 taxicabs to points all over the country. Few have been caught.
Most likely they anticipated this opportunity to free some of their buddies.
