Poll of GOP “insiders”: It’s time for Palin to go away

Given the conventional wisdom that “elitist” derision towards her only makes her supporters support her more adamantly, you’d think savvy Beltway consultants who don’t like her would keep that fact to themselves. And yet. Here’s their answer to the question, “Which voice in your party would you most like to mute?”

That’s among “political” insiders, i.e. consultants. Among senators and congressmen polled, she finished second behind “no one,” tied with Michele Bachmann and Glenn Beck, among others. These insiders are the same people, mind you, who earlier this year voted her seventh among Republican governors with the brightest political future (Mark Sanford was fifth). No wonder she enjoys jabbing them with threats about going third-party.

Everytime they send me donation letter, I send it back with a picture of Sarah inside it. .......................... Great Idea!! We like that, we’ll pass it on! Lets get those phony bills with her face on it and use them in Lieu of a plain photo.

“She needs to run for the Senate as a carpetbagger....maybe NY.”

I wouldn’t want her to go anywhere near that soul-corrupting cabal of self-serving House of Lords.

If you’ve read Going Rogue, there’s this mysterious outfit called “headquarters” that runs the McCain campaign, tells Sarah what to do, micromanages the campaign—and screws up.

I was wondering just who "headquarters" was. Could "headquarters" be Soros?

The book never explains what is meant by headquarters. Presumably Sarah never finds out. Could be the RNC, could be a group of McCain’s handlers, could be a fictional invention that some of the idiot handlers made up to shift the blame for their stupid decisions.

But I don’t think that Sarah made it up. I’m sure it’s what those jerks kept saying.

If we followed the GOP insiders lead, we would be working with Obama to pass ObamaCare, Stimulus 2, 3, & 4, and Cap N Trade.

Could those “insiders” be connected to the clueless RHC who keep sending requests for donations in a colored envelope marked with “Past Due” on the outside after I have written them twice and called them once to suggest that is inappropriate. I now only donate to conservatives. I stuff their stamped envelope with trash and send it back at their expense. Clueless.

In the past couple of months, I return their stamped envelope with notes saying, “Going Rogue!”.

I’m sure it gives the RNC heartburn. :)

It wasn’t stupid decisions. Someone was intentionally
sabotaging McCain’s campaign. It wasn’t Soros of course, but I wonder what was really going on.
