Jesse Ventura just did a conspiracy show about HAARP and
interviewed the Begich professor who lives up there. The
show is on Tru TV, a cable channel.
JV has moe than jumped the shark. Anyone can request a visit (I did) drive up and take a look. The PRoject MAnager for Phillips, the contractor, is a ham. A real nice guy.
I photographed the control room, the tramsmitter shacks (inside and out), ant fields and so on.
HAARP is less about military mind control as is / was about Ted Stevens pumping pork into Alaska. Now that Ted is out, expect to see the Gulkana ffacility to go away.
THere is also another facility that gets no respect at Poker Flats, run by UAF. That one will not take visitors.
As far as “beaming microwaves into space” the HAARP facility here in AK tops out at just over 10 Mhz, a very long way from microwaves.....
