We have friends who work with orphans in Moldova. I hope they have enough Gazprom gas to stay warm.

I agree with your first 3 sentences.
HOW do you imagine this “conflict” would play out?
He seems to be doing a LOT of things that are unconstitutional and nothing is stopping him.
Verrryy frustrating!

I’d like to see an angry million-man-mob march on DC and drag his arse out of the Whitehouse before this is all over.
Get those slimy “bleeps” out of the capitol building while we are at it!

I’ve done more cursing since “that one” became POTUS than I have in my entire life.

Sounds like those folks at Fox think 0bama and his 0bamaroids give a rip about the Constitution. Wake Up, America! He doesn’t. He’s only interested in the control that comes with advancing his socialist agenda.

It’s time to take back the country.

Not if he signs it as a letter of agreement and bypasses the Senate. That’s how Bush committed the U.S. to defending Iraq and left the Democrats in Congress howling in protest. It’s only a treaty if they say it is.

That’s right-the only warmth they’re feeling is from the money burning a hole in their pockets.

Criminals. Ponzi schemers. Liars. Fat Cats...”scientists” included.

I wonder what the financial reward was for making up all that data? I bet a look at the “scientists” bank accounts/money trails would be interesting.

...if the president signs an international climate treaty pledging reductions in carbon emissions, he will violate the Constitution.

...it is called TREASON!

Whether or not Obama signs this and whether or not that violates the constitution is irrelevant with the EPA decision to regulate CO2.

Which is probably also against the Constitution.

The EPA rules will probably be tied up in the courts for a few years before they’re implemented. Time enough to contest whether they are constitutional or not.

You need a 2/3 vote to ratify a treaty of the Senate. Any US elected government that attempts to suspend the Consitution is an enemy of it. Our military has sworn an oath to protect it and keep it in place always. This will lead to conflict if Obozo is determined to go down this path.

I'm afraid your last sentence will come true. I think conflict, probably bloody, will happen before his term is up.

President Obama's mission to save the planet from global warming could end up trampling on the U.S. Constitution, critics say.

As if Obama and the Democrats care.

He is already un-Constitutional, what’s one more. The pOser should be in Leavenworth or Thomas Correctional with the other enemies of the country.

Part of the oath of Office of the Presidency: “to support, uphold and defend”. If he violates his oath, is that not an impeachable offense?

He and all leftists alive today know better than the dead white guys that wrote that anachronism.

Yes, this IS how they think.
Ask any hardcore lefty, he’ll tell you exactly the same.

In a perfect world....unfortunately, there are too many RINOs left to ensure failure. Just last year, John McCain was holding forth how our Southwestern desert is proof of climate change. That’s one of those scary things that sticks with you...like John has managed to do with Arizona.

ZeroObama can sign a treaty, but it’s null and void unless ratified by 67 votes in the Senate. So bama could sign but it’s meaningless unless backed by the Senate.

Algore signed the Kyoto document, but Sick Willie never submitted that for ratification. He knew it had no chance.
