[full art. transl.] Tijuana- The Metropolitan Archbishop, Rafael Romo Munoz, qualified as a shame the fence that the government of the United States is building to separate migrant families; he stated this during the Bi-National Shelter (event) held yesterday where the Friendship Park once was. Around one hundred persons on the Mexican side shared the event with some 80 fellow citizens who struggled to be present on the North American side. Immigration officials only allowed groups of 25 persons to pass, who could stay for only half an hour in the area where the Friendship Park was located.
During an interview, Romo Munoz pointed out how surprising it was to him that the current Nobel Peace Prize (winner), the U.S. President Barack Obama, would build so quickly the three dividing fences that now separate Mexico from the United States on this side of the border......
Just what we need - more poverty-stricken uneducated neighbors.

What fence? Oh, does he mean that bit of knocked down and cut down bit of barbed wire or a couple barriers that can be climbed over, crawled under or walked around? That's the best joke I've heard all day! Here's an idea, how about illegals quit crawling under and going around and stay the heck on the south side of the border and then families won't be separated.

The good Padre should be instructing his flock in the 10 COMMANDments. Like not stealing . . . or bearing a false witness . . . by crossing the border ILLEGALLY and then lying to get a job.
Sorry Padre. Teach the flock to OBEY the LAW. Teach them to read and write Spanish. Teach the women to sew to create a cottage industry. Teach the men a trade. CREATE A MIDDLE CLASS.
And yes, I’m a Catholic.
