If he were a female cop/karate instructor who had preyed upon young boys, a lot of FReepers would be saying “Where were the karate instructors like that when I was a kid?” and “Not Guilty” rather than suggesting that hanging him by his balls would be a fitting punishment for this perv.
I’ve never really understood how someone could allow themselves to be a victim for such a long time. I know its real, I just don’t understand it.

Police officials first heard of Wiggins' alleged predatory behavior in 2007. They finally arrested him Nov. 19, the day after he retired from the force.
Despite the abhorrent nature of his alleged crimes, the Police Department never publicly announced Wiggins' arrest on charges that included rape-forcible compulsion, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse and statutory sexual assault.
The department's brass didn't even bother to inform the city's Recreation Department of Wiggins' arrest, even though Internal Affairs investigators learned that Wiggins had met his victim at the Olney Recreation Center, where, as recently as last week, he was still giving free karate lessons.
Department of Recreation Commissioner Sue Slawson said she was unaware of Wiggins' case until a Daily News reporter informed her yesterday.

It is actually very easy. The prep says he will kill the girl or boy or their family if they tell anyone. Also the victim develops a bond with the abuser in order to survive.
The single worst city I have ever been in............I’m just not surprised.
After all, Obama doesn't want the little girls to be neglected just because the rest of his program's leadership is directing its attention at the boys.
They didn't want to chance the arrest affecting his pension.
I can see that just not publicizing this arrest when most child-sex arrests are trumpeted loudly to the press constitutes an effort to cover up, no matter what they say.
I can also the possibility of a 20-year-old looking to get back at an ex-lover for something real or imagined in the worst way.
Huh.
That piece of filth should be killed like the rabid animal he is.
Preferably after being used as some prison gangs rape toy himself for several years before the sentence is carried out.
Any member of law enforcement who commits a crime should face punishment many orders of magnitude greater than any civilian in equal circumstances.
He keeps his pension.
