It is going to take an ARMY of Lawyers to kill this monster.

Somehow I suspect that that is why this bill was proposed.
There is nothing more the democrats love more is creating even more work to one of their biggest campaign contributors-—the ABA.
The Equal Protection Clause should be enough to kill the Bill in Court. There are so many illegalities in this Bill as written. That you cannot begin to count them all.The Bribes being made to pass the Bill should be illegal. The Commerce Clause has nothing to do with telling Citizens, that they MUST purchase something. It’s hard to imagine with Congress consisting mostly of Lawyers that they can find this Bill anywhere near Constitutional ? Elections truly do have consequences.

How come? I mean, since when has UNCONSTITUTIONALITY been of any import to our would-be rulers in DC??!!
