What’s the word from the Grand Jury? Did I understand correctly that the Grand Jury’s decision would come by December 6th?

From what they said at the end of the video, the Grand Jury was supposed to reveal it’s finding on Dec. 7th. This sounds like it went nowhere unfortunately.

Welcome to FR. This is old news. IIRC, the GJ returned a "No bill" on 12/07/09. Merry CHRISTmas to all.

Where is your source for that information? The most recent article that I know of says that a verdict has yet to be handed down:
http://canadafreepress.com/index.php/article/18127
“[...] As of this writing [Dec. 20, 2009], the Monroe County Grand Jury has issued no formal public statement about the Treason charges still pending in Monroe County Tennessee. [...]”
Cheers

There is no verdict handed down and they want an investigation into stonewalling by the state atty general
They are not taking the grand jury seriously, and that is illegal. A special prosecutor is being requested as the next step

“Monroe County Grand Jury”
Since when would a state Grand Jury ever have standing in a Treason case? Treason is a crime against the United States, not a state and can only be tried in a federal court.

Wonder how long it’ll be before the treasonous Obot trolls turn up to tell us that Grand Juries aren’t real and are made up by racist tinfoil hatters. (reading the 5th amendment is too hard for libtards ... )

Some state constitutions do define treason against said state. I don't know how many states still have that provision. Of course the most famous example is John Brown vs Virginia. There is one other example, Thomas Dorr, case Dorr vs Rhode Island). These are the only two successful examples. (Actually these are the only two examples that I have ever heard of!)
I do agree with you I don't see how a state grand jury can have any standing in a federal treason case. If an argument can be made that Zero's actions constitute treason against the state of Tennessee, and Tennessee has that provision in their state constitution then OK, though I don't see they could enforce any rulings. I don't see how they could even force any investigative discovery!
The problem is Zero took power legally (ACORN electoral shenanigans & eligibility issues aside!) All his actions are therefore legal, elections have consequences. Sitting out elections in “candidate purity huff” has consequences! I hope this time this “electoral experience” teaches people something about who we confer the reigns of power to, but I won't hold my breath on that! Hopefully all he will be is a more extreme version of Jimmy Carter, one term then an irritating annoyance. Also I hope we recover economically as quickly as we did under Reagan.
However people want “free stuff”, I am always appalled at the number of “Republicans & conservatives” who are taken in by the “soak-the-rich” card.
