That's the dirty little secret about this bill. The fine is considered a tax instead of a penalty. Don't pay and it is a one way trip to club fed. The two sections are

• Section 7203 — misdemeanor willful failure to pay is punishable by a fine of up to $25,000 and/or imprisonment of up to one year.

• Section 7201 — felony willful evasion is punishable by a fine of up to $250,000 and/or imprisonment of up to five years.” [page 3]

Guilty of felony health care evasion! In the IRS kangaroo court. No jury or legal representation unless you hire one. It will all be up to an IRS appointed panel to decide your penalty. Much like it is now.

And just wait till the Liberals learn about what tyranny is all about under their ideology. They gladly helped it happen but won't realize it until it is too late.

Seems feasible to kill the IRS person, go to jail, and get all the FREE health care you want as well as be treated as a hero by the rest of the inmates . Be sure to do in a state without the death penalty .
