Tell you the truth, I think the Secret Service is pretty dumbed down, like law enforcement across the board.

Once political correctness leaks into the system, the whole thing goes south.
Well, they can't seem to keep uninvited guests out of the White House, can they?
HOWEVER, dumbed down cops are worse than motivated smart cops.
Dumbed down cops go for the easy targets, peaceful, honest citizens who may or may not have broken the law.
Going after real criminals is dangerous (and besides they know every trick to play the system)...
