I live in Chi-Town. I would welcome some global warming right about now. I imagine much of the country feels the same way.

Wisconsin has some of the best conservative candidates—Mark Neumann, Paul Ryan plus this new “Young Gun” are 3 that come to mind.

You didn't mention Scott Walker. I'm hoping he will be our next governor.

Jason Punzel is running for state treasurer.

Does he like RAP music?

Oh yes, Yes Scott Walker is good too! You are so fortunate to have some choices. I live in IL and until the Blago fiascoes and budget destruction by Quinn, we have had so few choices in recent past :(

You’re on. :)

Yep. It’s going to be quite the fight to unseat Obey. The guy is such a nutcase...but the left keeps voting for him. I can’t explain it.

“There is a sign that hangs on my wall that says, ‘What is it you want me to do to somebody else that is more important than what you want me to do for you?’” ~ David Obey

Scott Walker has my vote! He'll be the keynote speaker at my county party's Lincoln Day Dinner in a couple of weeks.

Me too!

ANYbody who can roll logs should have NO problem in politics!

And, with the experience he has with LIVE wood; all the DEADwood in Congress should be easy to handle; too.

Don’t forget Scott Walker.

As for WI talk radio — it’d be better if it reached those counties north and west of Milwaukee. Those folks are in the dark if they don’t subscribe to cable, or Dish, TV.

Here we’ve avoided the REALLY bone chilling temps, so far. Last year was a bitch though. A couple times it was well below zero with really nasty wind chills for days at a time. I couldn’t get my bedroom warm, and every day I had to walk the dog. My memories of self pity are still fresh. Someone needs to clue in Al Gore. :p

Both were on MTVs ‘Real World’. Rachel used to be on the View as the conservative voice.

I don’t remember WHERE I got it from; but I slightly modified it; using “Aw Shucks...” wording.
