The terrorists can cause much more harm by not blowing things up but by tying things up, look one guy crossed a secure area to kiss his girlfriend and it shut down the airport for over 7 hrs; how many millions of dollars did that one non terror event cost? How many Security people did that tie up? Thier goal is not to kill us but to pit us against one another so they can come in and save us by converting us to Islam.
