A Navy Seal, deployed in a war approved by the U.S. Congress, is denied a U.S. trial while a non-citizen enemy combatant bomber (and KSM) get trials in the U.S. with defense attorneys?!

The way I read it, their still getting a U.S. military trail, just in Iraq.
