Yeah, one time with a 13 year old girl if I remember correctly that was a sting operation too.

Delmar is a suburb of Albany NY. This is the THIRD accusation against Ritter. He was let go on first two arrests (stings by the State Police, I think) BUT the records were sealed and no reason was ever given.
