I suspected Martha was being considered for the morning spot, but to give Megyn 2 hours solo is fabulous!
More Megyn and less Shep works here too.
They can put Monica Crowley next to Megyn and keep them on all day long as far as I’m concerned!!!
A year ago I was part of a focus group run by Luntz that asked our opinion regarding Bret Baer and Megyn Kelly. The group liked them both, but one dividing line was that men liked Megyn but while women admitted to liking her, too, they thought her good looks undermined her credibility.
This was funny to me since it wasn’t the males who diminished Megyn for her looks: it was the females.
Bret inherited Brit Hume’s show, so his career was fast tracked. Nice to see Megyn getting her break now.
Skinner’s husband is NFL commissioner Roger Goodall.
Goodall basically told principal owner in the group that seeks to buy the St. Louis Rams, David Checketts, If you want any chance to own any NFL team, Rush can’t be a part of it.

I really have a thing for MK. She is one of FNCs best and brightest (and great looking). I missed her doing the Health Reform stories on the 9am show when she was out on maternity. I used to DVR it.
Megyn Kelly is the anti- Megn McCain.
I like Hemmer and Kelly in the morning. I will miss them together and hate that this is happening. It’s just not the same with her being gone.
I liked Megyn and Hemmer together in the morning. I enjoyed their banter. Funny, I was wondering today what had happened to Megyn.
As for Martha, I like her too, but she’s no Megyn. Glad she’s getting the show since it’s not to the detriment of Megyn and not the rest of us.
Martha is much better than the ditz in the morning on F&F. What is it with FYF, anyway? They replaced one ditz, ED Hill, with yet another, only worse. If any replacing is done, that eejit in the morning needs to go (And the idiot Geraldo, and the detestable mascara man, of course.)
I wasn’t watching FOX & Friends for her voice, but it’s nice to know she got another job.
Well, I agree with you on those sensationalism stories. I somehow think though she has changed her program more to the politics ... at least it seems that way.
Ahhh. Well, I guess I had good reason not to really be excited over her. Rush doesn’t need the NFL. Believe me...but you know that already. :)
Thanks by the way for that information. had no clue. Guess if I had cared about skinner I would have known who she was married to. :) I’ll take Megan Kelly, her husband and Baby Yates :) and...Bill Hemmer. A couple more maybe and that’s it.
I don't have the TV on much anymore, but when I do, and her program comes on I change the channel or turn the TV off, so if she's changed her ways some that'd be nice but I'd given up on her program...hence my preference in using the time slot for Megyn. Now I've seen her take liars to task...that lady has a sharp mind and a solid grasp of the facts and she doesn't just nod when guests tell big and obvious lies.
Greta is almost entirely political now.
Hemmer is wayyy too cutsey and glib for me. The other problem I have with him is that he just seems to have a very superficial grasp of many of the subjects of his segments.
I forgot that he came over from CNN but now that makes
sense.
