Exactly. Obamacare is dead for now but in order to completely put an end to this nonsense, let’s win MORE seats in November.

That was the quid pro quo. McCain secured him money from the republican national committee..and in return he must do this. Please don’t judge Scott before he does anything. Please. I got one too. So what.

Scott Brown stomped the dragon’s head. There is a reason he could get close enough to do so.

I could don the tinfoil and suggest this has merely been a game of good cop bad cop, but the critters just aren’t that smart - they are too greedy and arrogant. They eat their own if nothing else.

We can defeat McCain with conservative JD Hayworth.

Hayworth, however, must pay off his legal fees before a January 31 deadline in order for him to enter the Senate race. The DOJ dropped the investigation of Hayworth in the Abramoff scandal once they determined Hayworth had nothing to do with the scandal. Please help Hayworth pay off these legal fees as he is our only shot at knocking off RINO McClame. Donate here: http://www.fittrust.org/

You are correct in your assessment. This is all about scaring off JD. I think this is a huge mistake for Sarah. She is loved here in AZ. If she does this before the primary, her credibility will be a bit shaken.

As an active Republican in AZ, I’m telling you we are going to try our hardest. McCain is so scared. He’s running against someone who hasn’t even announced yet. It’s going to be very interesting.

What are the prospects for Hayworth in the general? Who would he likely face?

Is it possible for Hayworth to lose the general?

I cannot stand McCain. I really had to hold my nose when I voted for him in Nov 2008. It was painful.

McCain ran a lousy campaign. He would not go negative on Obama like he could have. The MSM wasn't going to vet Obama so a lot of fools voted for the guy. What a mistake! We are paying for it now. Why didn't McCain go negative?

Also McCain positions on illegal immigration really irritates me. The guy needs to exit the political stage. I'm tired of him. He never should have run in 2008 and now we have the consequences of his ego.

McCain is calling in ALL his markers. He is in deep doodoo and he knows it. He MUST be forced out in the primaries. I tend to doubt that Arizona voters will put much stock in a phone blast from the veddy, veddy New England propers who think AZ is where people still do cowboys and Indians shootemups.
And now that Cindy has joined up with the gay marriage crowd, he will sink even further into the no column.
I am wondering if Cindy might be on a direct course to sabotage him for the way he treated her during his pres. campaign. Who knows better what he really is?
And will Sarah Palin still lend her name and credibility to his campaign now that Cindy has chosen to take this route?

As much as I want to see McCain go, I won't begrudge a new Senator trying to build alliances as he enters the shark-infested Island known as the United States Senate.

He was just voted onto the island. He need a Patron to protect him and show him the ropes.

I still think that there is time for the opposition to McCain to form, but that opposition is still just shadows. Hayworth hasn't announced yet, right? It's easy to support someone who has no opposition.

He voted in MA for taxpayer subsidized abortions in RomneyCare, as well as an individual mandate for the citizens of MA.

Am I allowed to judge him for that vote? Or does he get a fresh start, even though he's said he wants to work with the Dems to pass a healthcare bill?

I don’t really care what you do. I’m glad he won instead of Coakley. I’m glad he’s going to derail the healcare bill, I’m glad he’s for fiscal responsibility and I’m glad he believes in our National Defense. If Abortion is the only issue you care about, you’re going to be miserable for a long time.

You’re right. It’s so embarrassing how McCain now is latching on to him and to Palin. I’m very surprised at Palin. She only stands to lose in this one. She will lose a lot of credibility if she campaigns for McCain against more conservative candidates. I can’t even imagine how she would rationalize that.

Abortion isn’t the only issue I care about, but I do judge a man to a large degree when he is willing to let taxpayers pay for abortions. That’s a big deal to me, and there was a time where that would be a big deal to most on this board.

Please provide source data verifying this statement. Thanks.

A “Scott Brown Republican” is obviously, not a conservative.

This is amazing, however. Here we are trying to get rid of McCain, and Brown is running cover for this pro-amnesty butthole.

On his worse day, JD Hayworth would make a better Senator then JohnnyMac.

What date is your AZ primary?
