All charges have been withdrawn in the military commissions against the five suspects in the Sept. 11, 2001, terror attacks being held at Guantanamo Bay.

The Defense Department announced today that the convening authority for Military Commissions withdrew and dismissed the charges, without prejudice, against the five detainees charged in the Sept. 11, 2001, attacks.

Don't these guys have to be arraigned in Federal Court pretty quick? Can you say habeas corpus?

I’m just curious: what are libs going to do when these guys are found innocent?

They better have a scapegoat ready because that is a real possibility.
