The US embassy said three US military personnel who were due to attend the opening of the school were killed, and two others wounded.
The embassy condemned the “vicious terrorist bombing” in the Lower Dir district, where Pakistan launched an assault to drive out Taliban militants last year.
The soldiers were in the region as part of a small US mission to train members of the Frontier Corps to better fight al Qaeda and the Taliban, Pakistan’s army said

Training the trainers- nudge nudge wink wink ;o) You can bet that they were doing everything they could to bring death to the tally and aq... and I expect that they relished the assignment. If they are in Paki at this location, it's highly likely that they are elsewhere- nudge nudge wink wink ;o) They were likely sold out by an inside source... and their attackers either knew they were taking out US journalists or US soldiers. A payback needs to be implemented with extreme prejudice.

Did you see the O’Reilly Factor last night? There was a segment about our special forces now conducting capture-kill operations in Pakistan of al-Q/Taliban-types.
