Some fine points: A) She HAD health insurance. She just purchased a cheap policy with a high deductible and ignored the lump in her breast for a long time. B) She wasn't 'buried' in an Obama t-shirt. She was cremated while wearing an Obama t-shirt. C) This isn't about her. This is about Obama. All politicians have their followers, but Obama chose to highlight this. If a woman sends Bill Clinton a nude picture of herself, that's about her. If Bill Clinton gives a policy speech where he talks about the nude photo he got, that's about him.
