THE CONSTITUTION DON’T GET NO RESPECT!

Like Rodney Dangerfield, ‘the Constitution don’t get no respect’ either, especially from the entire 111th Congress, the Judiciary and the Supreme Court, and the de facto pResident Barry Soetoro/aka Barack Hussein Obama!

Then you, as do I, must dis-respect (and reject) anyone who dis-respects the Constitution and the Office of President and Commander in Chief.

The Constitution is a ‘contract’ between we, the sovereign citizens only (not illegal aliens or enemy terrorist combatants) and our elected representatives (they represent us and our rights, not the other way around), and when our public servants violate or withdraw from the terms of our mutual ‘contract’, that ‘contract’ becomes null and void, and their representation of (and remuneration by) We, the People, ceases immediately. ($15,000+ per month is nothing to sneeze at, and termination for cause can cancel that lifetime pension immediately).

And I’m sure that you, as do I, completely dis-respect any violators of that ‘lifetime’ ‘contract’. That ‘contract’ consists of less than 5,000 words (a 10 page booklet), with an introductory Declaration of Independence, a Body of 9 Articles, and 27 carefully deliberated and lawfully approved Amendments.

Article II, Section 1 of that ‘contract’ requires that whomever we allow to represent us in our Office of President and Commander in Chief MUST BE a Natural Born U.S. Citizen.

Barry Soetoro/aka Barack Hussein Obama has admitted publicly that he is NOT, repeat NOT, a Natural Born U.S. citizen (since his father was not even a legal immigrant, never mind not even a U.S. citizen – he was British, then Kenyan), and has therefore treasonously ‘dis-respected’ these Offices. He has knowingly violated that ‘contract’ (with the complicity of the entire 111th Congress plus the 9 members of the Supreme Court, the elected Judges, Sheriffs, A/G’s, Governors, and the Secretaries of State across this vast but Sovereign nation), and therefore must step down or be removed by force of law, and be tried for the crime of treason, as spelled out in our ‘contract’, the Constitution of the United States of America.

You can help to respect the Office of the President and Commander in Chief by dis-respecting all those who disrespect that ‘contract’.

And you can begin to help in the removal of all those ‘dis-respecters’ of that ‘contract’ by:

1. Exercising one of your rights enumerated in Amendment V, by joining www.AmericanGrandJury.org;

2. Listening to The Manning Report “Let Justice Run Like Water”, and follow up on it daily – culminating in a mass demonstration and Obama Treason Trial at Columbia University in D.C. in May, 2010;

3. Contacting your Representative and demanding that s/he signs on to H.R.1503 – the Presidential Eligibility Act;

We hold this Truth to be Self- Evident: Any action, by any branch of the Government, that is repugnant to the Constitution, is null and void.

It is not just the birth certificate issue, his parents surrendered his rights as a child when he was legally adopted by an Indonesian. He had citizenship as an Indonesian till at least 1982. He possibly had British citizenship because his father was in a bigamist relationship - already married in Kenya, thus Obama has no American citizenship based on his father being a British subject. The law (Constitution) specifically states that both parents must be af natural citizenship. In 1981, he went to Pakistan whereby he entered the nation that was not deemed by the STate Department (Federal) as a not open to Americans to enter. So how did he go to Pakistan under which passport. In Illinois he never stated an his affidavit for the Illinois Bar that he was also formerly known as Barry Soetoro. This is violation of law too. His financial transcripts are sealed. His College transcripts of grades are seled too. Excuse me but hey when I served in the US Marine Corp at the age of 18 I had to submit my high school transcripts, birth certificate. In Lebanon I survived the attack on the military barracks with 100% disability. I went to college, high school transcripts, required. Hey while in college I worked at the US Postal Service, birth certificate, military discharge required for employment. Graduated from College - seeking employment - hired as a Youth Minister serving two churches - college transcript required. Seminary required college transcripts and financial aid transcript if any financial aid received in undergraduate. Upon graduating from seminary employment as a Minister birth certicate, social security number, high school transcript, college transcripts, seminary transcripts, financial aid transcripts, letters of recommendation Presbytery endorsement state license to preach. When I got married birth certificate, blood test. when my wife died of cancer 2 years after being married. I had to submit the death certificate to church and denomination for proof that I was a widower. I requested a transfer to another state to serve, granted and all certificates and licenses transferred to where I now live. How can a person’s life be sealed in public office? My life story is available within the church records of every church served, at the denominational headquarters (national) and the state office branch. The state license in three different states has the information in variance from youth minister, minister while married, and minister as a widower. To this day I am not married a second time by choice, and my life is an open book for anyone whom desires to see my credentials. It is a Senator (state) and (federal), a formerly licensed attorney (surrendered his license in 2005) and now the president of the United States his life is sealed. John McCain went through a difficultly because he was married on American Base in Panama in 1937 by two parents whom were US Citizens, but gave birth to a child on a milirtary base outside of the continetal US. In 2000, George W. Bush made an issue about naturalized Birth Certification. was Obama born on a military base in 1961 or as some allege he was actually born in 1957 as the result of Anne Dunham being raped at the age of 14 by Frank Marshall Davis. others allege that Obama was adopted. others allege he was born in canada, others allege he was born in Kenya.There is too much confusion. As a public official his records should be readily available to anyone to resolve the discrepnancies. credibility is established when credible evidence is available to anyone when asked. It would be impossible for someone like myself to maintain a position that is as publicly in the view as a president, senator, represntative, governor mayor or any other public official, either elected or appointed.

The Constitutional Crisis would be that Obama would not have been eligible as the President nor a Senator. Any laws that he signed would be null and void. His appointments would be null and void. Joe Biden and Nancy Pelosi would be complicit in commiting a crime. Removal from Office as ineligible to be a president. Hiliary Clinton and any other cabinet positions would be non existeant. CHAOS and CONFUSION would reign - MARTIAL LAW WOULD BE DECLARED THE US would be like a banana Republic, like Honduras, with its constitutional crisis. The transfer of power from one president to another would be non-existent. How will this play out? If in the end he remains for four years, than states he was never a naturalized citizen The Constitution of the US has been declared a joke by someone whom duped the US Citizens. Constitutional Crisis once again.
