No, one person cannot. But, Saddam Hussein proved that one person backed by a relatively small minority of very well-armed men can.
I know we would all like to believe that the Mullahs are losing their grip on that country. They aren't. They faced a few months of significant civil unrest and protest. Since then, they've hanged perhaps as many as 5,000. Magically, the unrest has ebbed.
