Billboard of George W. Bush: "Miss Me Yet?"
Minnesota Public Radio ^ | February 8, 2010 | Bob Collins

Posted on 02/09/2010 2:21:05 PM PST by Senator Goldwater

It was late at night and I wasn't sure I'd seen the billboard correctly as I whizzed past it on I-35 in Wyoming last week on the way back from Wrenshall. But an e-mailer confirms I saw what I thought I saw.

It's beginning to sweep along the Internet, accompanied by various claims that it's a Photoshop fake. But it's not. It's real.

There's no billboard ownership plate on this particular billboard, making tracing the person who had the cash to post it difficult to find. It's time to crowdsource this puppy.

There is another thread on this subject, but it’s still fun to talk about. I would like to see one of those billboards too, but living in a heavily Democrat state, I doubt such a billboard would withstand the vandalism by the kool-aid drinkers.

Where do you live? I’m in Maryland and am not holding my breath for one of these signs.

I would like the billboard better if it had Obama’s picture and said:

“Sick of me yet?”

No we don’t miss him yet. read Malkin’s article today.

Bush was a progressive RINO socialist.

“It’s time to crowdsource this puppy.”

I was confused by this, and did a little checking. Wiki says:

“Crowdsourcing is a distributed problem-solving and production model. Problems are broadcast to an unknown group of solvers in the form of an open call for solutions.”

So, I guess what he’s saying is that he really, really wants to know who put up that billboard, presumably so he can slam him a good one on NPR. And the way to do that is to put all his liberal clones to work figuring out who paid for it.

No we don’t miss him yet.

Umm... yeah.

Because the current group is so much better.

comment from the link,,,

Its definitely real. I've seen it a few times while coming back from Duluth. I'm equally confused as to which direction it is leaning.

Perfecto......

I’m in western PA. Even when we’ve had Republicans in office, they behaved like Democrats. This region is hopeless.

"Because the current group is so much better."

Just because one sucks worse than the other doesn't mean I miss the one who sucked less. I don't miss either Bush. I miss President Reagan.

Scouts Out! Cavalry Ho!

It has nothing to do with the current group.

The term "miss me?" has everything to do with the current group, and how they compare with the last one.

That's kinda the whole point.

Is it more meaningful to compare GWB to some imaginary ideal POTUS?

Actually, as I posted several times before the election I think that Obama will go down as the greatest president in conservative history as far as teaching the stupid morons that socialism is a bad idea.

Sometimes you must let the fever runs it’s course. That is what we are having happen right now. Look at the poll yesterday from gallup, 80% of those polled said the democrats in congress are taking the country in the wrong direction, 90% of republicans and 90% of independents.

We are watching the death of socialisim in American and maybe the world.
