It’s just amazing: those who are corrupt should apply for immediate government assistance. You stand an excellent chance of obtaining funding. Those who in the past have been exposed as corrupt are especially encouraged to apply for monies. This is the Orwellian, CATCH-22 country that America has become under Obama. You have to wonder: is this JUST payback to the massive group and its ancillary affiliates that helped The One get elected — or is this hush money for things they know about Obama that he doesn’t want to come out? ACORN isn’t big enough to spend 4 billion dollars. What’s really going on is 4 billion dollars will be squandered on useless leeches and organizations “in da hood” and ACORN is one of them. The only beneficiaries of this 4 billion dollars will be those getting payments and salaries from the Feds and those embezzling some of the funds. No lasting improvements will be made in communities
IOW this seems like a direct payoff to community activist types across the USA and ACORN is just one of many.
