I’m not defending him at all. I’m just saying that the ‘rat pack smells just as bad but are loved by half the country.
Some years ago, a friend loaned me a copy of Kerik’s autobiography. The guy clearly has something on somebody. He had a meteoric rise from a New Jersey correction officer to Rikers Island and from there to One Police Plaza. He had been an Army MP.
