Title slightly altered to fit.
Gun Owners of America Political Victory Endorses J.D. Hayworth for Congress John McCain Wrong for Arizona, Wrong for America
Ping ‘em!
“In 2000, McCain became a spokesman for a gun control organization (now defunct) called Americans for Gun Safety, a group that advocated licensing and registering all gun owners. The group ran radio and TV ads with McCain supporting ballot initiatives in Colorado and Oregon that would impose McCains favorite restrictions on gun shows.”
Typical progressive.
J.D. 2010
“Saaaweeet! “
Yep!
We know them by their actions.
” The only good decision I can remember him ever making was selecting Palin.”
We actually don’t really know if it was *his* decision.
By all accounts, he wanted Lieberman.
“Gun Owners of America Endorses J.D. Hayworth - McCain Wrong for Arizona Wrong for America”
McCain can couter that with his endorsement from La Raza.
And Soros.
looks like McCain is going down in flames one more time (maybe twice more actually).

It will be interesting to see what NRA does with this race.
Hopefully some of their PC board directors won’t be their voice. Grover Norquist, Mr. Open borders, used to be on the board, not sure if he still is.
Go get ‘em JD!
PING
“Grover Norquist, Mr. Open borders, used to be on the board, not sure if he still is.”
He still is. I’ve thought of resigning my membership over it, but don’t want to kill myself. ;)
I don’t like the way the BOD voting works. My votes are counted differently depending on how many people I select and there is little discussion on those running. We just get the NRA-recommended ones listed with bios in AR.
The celebrites like the Nuge and Selleck have name recognition, but people like Norquist aren’t widely known.

Speaking of Soros, I notice he’s taken over citigroup. But then he funded many of McCain’s little scams.
Look who gets the big contributions from Citigroup (not to mention the other list of usual liberal suspects.)

I hear ya. Perhaps GOA is the way to go. Not surprising that Grover has endorsed McCain. I hope NRA doesn’t follow.
Very sweet!!
