The measure passed by a bipartisan 70-28 and now goes back to the House, which passed a far more ambitious version in December.
Here are the Republicans who voted for the measure. How should they be disciplined?
L. Alexander
S. Brown
Burr
Kit Bond
Cochran
Collins
Hatch
Inofe
LeMieux (FL)
Murkowsi
Snowe
Voinovich
Wicker

Too stupid to know how stupid they are. It’s the arrogance of the way it used to be.
They are used to operating in a world where nobody pays attention to what the bills actually say, but to what the headline says. That needs to change.

With their vote to end cloture on the so-called jobs bill, aka. liberal spending bill, Senators Bond, Voinovich, Collins, Snowe and of course, mister conservative himself, Scott "Benedict" Brown, opened the door for other Republicans to jump on this $15-billion spending bill. Coming in a time of financial crisis, this is another example of BeltWay insanity and why voters need to send these bums packing come November.
