President Obama has named four members to his bipartisan deficit-reduction commission, including Andy Stern, the influential president of the Service Employees International Union.
Obama has already appointed former Clinton White House Chief of Staff Erskine Bowles and former Senate Republican White Alan Simpson to co-chair the commission; House and Senate Democratic leaders will name the rest of the spots, each appointing three of their own members.

So who are the 2 R’s?
I was desperately hoping that this was some Scott Ott satire or a really bad April Fool’s joke, but then I remebered that it’s still only February.
HOLY CHIT.
This arrogant b*****d just doesn’t know when to stop pushing.
McLame could be one
Yet another case of Obama putting a fox in the hen house.

The Joker strikes again.
Beck tantrum in 3... 2... 1...
Holy Shi-ite!....What’s next? So ros as head of the treasury?
lolol
predictable
Simpson has been a favorite useful idiot of the left because he once represented a very conservative state in the U.S. Senate and holds openly pro-gay and pro-abortion views (the main reasons he didn’t run for re-election).
Thank God for Beck tantrum in 3..2...1
Does Obama not realize this completely discredits this commission from the get go. FUBO and your crony pubic sector union buddies!
Makes me wonder who owns who?
Why does this surprise anybody? Obama’s America is the SEIU.
What a frakin joke!
Another FAIL move by this JACK SQUAT administration not tied to lobbyists, etc.
Is he the sole Republican on the board?
No conflict there.
BTW, Erskine Bowles is on the board of directors at GM and Morgan Stanley.
