The linked article is a Must Read. Perkins was not planning on addressing the issued of homosexuality in the military, for one. He was blacklisted because he spoke out against the repeal of DADT after 0bama's SOTU speech. Additionally, in Perkin's "disinvite" it was stated that his mere presence would make some attendees "uncomfortable". This is a perfect illustration of how the goal of the homo-nazi agenda is to destroy our freedom of speech, religion, association - and more. Now, just because 0bama may - will try - to repeal DADT, someone with a different viewpoint cannot even speak, on other topics, to members of the military.

The letter informed Perkins that his invitation to speak at the prayer luncheon was being rescinded “due to statements posted on the Family Research Council Web site which are incompatible in our role as military members who serve our elected officials and our commander-in-chief.” The letter said that as military personnel “we are sworn to support our commander-in-chief, and are forbidden to make or support statements which run counter to our roles in the armed forces.”
Some very good points are made and some very good questions are asked in the article. Gives one pause for thought about what's really happening here.
