The town clerk in Coventry, Vermont has been re-elected to another term even tho she faces tax evasion charges for the past several years.
Before she became town clerk she was also charged with embezzling $20Gs from her former employer.
Those charges were dropped after she was caught and paid the money back

She was probably a trqansgendered Obama supporter. I recall in Iowa and big Obama surpporter, gay marriage supporter and married lesbian stole about $10 million from an Iowa insurance company.

Those Vermonters tend to be a very cloistered bunch. Don’t like being told what to do. Don’t like folks not born within 5 miles of town center. Don’t like the Government and don’t trust the law.

Recently several people from Dallas city hall were found guilty of corruption. State Legislator Terri (?) Hodge among them.
My dad was born in Coventry. It is about the size of a postage stamp. I cannot imagine that anyone else wanted to run for the job. These little Vermont towns are quirky to say the least.
