Chris Wallace asked him 4 times about Romneycare being very similar to Obamacare. Romeny tried to defend Romneycare while distinguishing it from Obamacare. It didn't go well. He ended up saying it was a state plan but he would oppose it at the federal level. He said it got almost everyone in Massachusetts covered by insurance so it saved lives. Wallace pointed out MA has the most expensive insurance rates in the nation and Romney said Massachusetts would be even more expensive if they had not roped the young healthy people into the system with the individual mandate.

FWIW......on Intrade, Palin has overtaken Romney, so some people is putting money on Palin throughout the day, this may have to do with the interview.

Someone recently asked, “What is the difference between Greece and Britain?” And the answer was, “One year.” By 2012, I think we are going to be in deeper doo doo than we are now, and Comandante Zero will be finished.

I don’t know who the Republican candidate will be, but it won’t be Romney.

Romney would be my very last choice, somewhere behind "Pat Paulson".

Romney would be more of the "same ol', same ol'"...which we don't need.

Someone needs to go to D.C. and unapologetically shake that whole down to its core. They need to have the Constitution in one hand, and a big stick in the other.

I think Palin would be the one to do it. She has the fortitude to say what she thinks, and stand by her words; she has the courage to say "you're not doing your job, you're fired".

Her convictions and morals will be the impetus to get things done, like cut budgets, reduce government, and build up the military to keep us safe.

I don't see a single one of the others in the field that have the courage, and I think the fortitude to stand up against the good ol' boys, and win.

The people love her, and trust her...and that is what we need. No more obama/clinton empty suits, please.

**Name one Bible Belt state that would support him – perhaps Mississippi**

No, I don’t even think Mississippi would vote for him!

Mitt Romney is no different than Harry Reid

Mitt Romney is a flip-flopping socialist bum!

Some people just don't get the TEA Parties. RINO Romney is just more of the same. Dump him!

Romney has no clue what he talks about, and never has.

Mitt Romney makes John Kerry look intellectually consistent. The man spouts off whatever he thinks his audience wants to hear. In Mass he was pro-abort, pro-gay, and anti-gun and in 08 he tried to remake himself as a conservative.

The only thing Romney is good at, is being a chameleon.

Romney is the darling of the gay MSM. But he can’t win the Republican nomination no matter how many times the gay MSM tells us what to think.

Americans will resist socialized medicine (Romneycare) by every legal, (illegal), and ethical means available.

This is unconstitutional and illegal, and Americans will fight fire with fire!

Even the states should not be allowed to force this on a American!

“He ended up saying it was a state plan but he would oppose it at the federal level”

To be frank thats good enough for me, as thats all i ask. I don’t care if the people of Massachusetts want to enslave each-other and create a collectivist hell hole, in fact i think they rather deserve it given all they have done to the rest of us.

All I ask is that they keep it out of the common government.

Let us demonstrate over time what a failed idea collectivist health-care is.

Did Wallace ask about the McCain/Hayworth primary? Did he ask about safe borders?

He's kidding, right?

Mitt would barely make a blip and that would be with only a few of the Damn Yankees running around...

I don't waste any time at all on Romney--but you folks, you spend hours and hours and hours scouring the Internet to find and post any article you can find critical of the guy and then posting hundreds or thousands of posts which--frankly--are identical to the previous hundreds or thousands of posts.

You obviously think the guy's still a threat, and I don't understand why. He hasn't got a prayer in hell of getting out of the primary let alone being elected.

Ouch. We are so screwed candidate-wise. (Although currently my heart belongs to Marco Rubio.)
