I think you are right. I would have preferred Romney over McCain, but that isn't saying anything to Romney's credit.

It was a very weak field... I think Thompson probably was the most Conservative, but he did not seem to have his heart in it.

Of the RINO’s I think Giuliani had the best leadership and executive abilities. He did wonders in NYC when you think about the hell-hole he inherited.

Let's hope we have a better field in 2012...

Rudy also was the most fiscally conservative of the 2008 pack.

And worse baggage than any of the others.

Aside from being unapologetically pro-abortion, Rooty was a past board member of The Stonewall Veterans Asociation. Basically that group is like a version of ACT UP, but with the added goal of reuniting the NAMBLA crowd with the rest of the homosexual community.

That was never going to be something that could be glossed over nor was the evidence refutable. His most ardent supporters on this board resorted to ad hominems whenever it was brought up.
