I would be happy with that group battling it out in the Primaries, the only problem is that Sarah already has a large following and ability to fundraise tons of money out of that group; it would need to be an outstanding separation by any one of those guys to clearly seize control
Exactly, these folks that name drop 20 names think running for POTUS is as simple as saying I want the job, and instantly you will gain instant viability, immense MSM recognition, and the ability to fundraise on the same par as Romney and Palin.
For newcomers to presidential politics, this is not how it works. Experts say in the 21st c you have to begin preparing for your presidential run no later than summer 2010 and that’s even cutting it close.
Why are Palin and Romney the frontrunners? Yes because of the votes they command, but also neither has a full-time job and have devoted themselves since fall 2009 to get their ducks in a row. The days of parachuting in to the fray and stealing the nomination are long gone.
