For instant, I like Mitch Daniels so far although i don’t know the whole details about him, but for him to run seriously he would have to start meeting insiders and speaking to groups very soon and I don’t know how the legislation in Indiana is so that is an consideration also.
But you’re right about the preparedness to run years ahead and it being very hard for “surprise guys jumping in the fray” although Fred might had pulled it off by jumping in late, because he was known already as an Actor turn TN Senator plus he was the most known conservative versus a weak field of RINO’s, but he didn’t give his heart into it.
