With the fraud of Man Made Global Climate Disaster exposed, these “concerned scientists” should be RELIEVED that the Earth is NOT doomed.

It wasn’t about the science or concern for the future. It was about a political agenda and a worldview that was decidedly antiWest and antiIndustrial Age.

It must be a kind of mental sickness to believe your own lies.

“The attack on climate scientists is now widening to an all-out war on science.”

If this jerkwad was at all concerned about the health of modern science, he would’ve been all over the clowns at CRU and NASA who refused to share their data, and who obfuscated its treatment.

A basic tenet of science is reproducibility, and reproducibility is impossible when fundamental data is hidden.

And hiding data in and of itself should’ve made this moron suspicious years ago - unless of course he was more concerned with an agenda than he was concerned about the state of modern science.

Monbeit observes: “The attack on climate scientists is now widening to an all-out war on science.”

Monbeit misspelled to get some science back into the debate.

Hope that helps heaps.

I’m not against science George, I’m against your politically correct, tax squandering voodoo bullshirt. Your license to wear a white coat and gull the mob is now suspended. Go away.

“The attack on climate scientists is now widening to an all-out war on science.”

No, just a war against his green-commie cult's coup attempt against real science (non-religion & non-politcal based science).

"Sad news: George Monbiot, the high priest of the AGW cult, is feeling frustrated and depressed."

First of all, George...I don't care if you frustrated and/or depressed...welcome to the world in 2010. Everybody is frustrated and depressed right now, it will pass.

IF you are a "scientist" of any standing and qualification, the only change you need make is to start telling the truth. I'm sure there are scientific fields in which your work would be applauded, but science cannot be based on fear mongering and lies. All lies will eventually expose the liar...children are taught this in kindergarten.

As far as your "life's work" being wasted, I've started over from scratch at least three times in my life...one time at 40 years of age...it can be done, and successfully. But you can't sit around on your instruments adn cry about it...nobody likes a crybaby.

Go use your talents for something useful, like finding a cure for heart diseast, finding a cure for cancer, finding obama's birth certificate....something useful.

I know those government grants for "climate research" beats working for a living - I've often wished that I could get paid for pursuing my hobby too, but I'll be 65 this year, and just got a new job, starting next week. I've had a triple bypass and a cerebral hemorrage, but I'm still fighting the good fight.

Besides, it's too cold to be idle...get moving.

You know, George, I've found that when your life's work has been destroyed, no one understands you and the whole world seems to be going awry, that a nice glass of sherry and a long nap can do a world of good.

If the first go doesn't do the trick, repeat as necessary. Lovely.
